Lagarto last big class of 2009
8/12/09 - by Site AdminLucio "Lagarto" was at the Forge this sunday, 06/12/09 for the last big class of 2009 and to share some very important points on the triangle choke. On top of that we had some more promotions expanding the team even further this year.
Many congratulations to Noel, Max and Ryan who got their Purple belts and to Stu "Grandão" Norriss, Yousef and Tien who received their Blue Belts - also congratulations to all those who received belts and grades.
This latest promotions closes a brilliant year for us at the Forge. Training still goes on until before Christmas though.
Lagarto Big Class
28/10/09 - by Site AdminLucio "Lagarto" was at the Forge on the 8th November for a big class and we all had a really good time with the big man. We had some grading and belt promotions.
Many congratulations to Russ who got his Purple belt and to Magid who received his Blue Belt - also congratulations to all those who received belts and grades.
